I bought mt TX50 from DiveINN 3 months ago and paid about 1/2 what my LDS charged. Great Reg, breathes almost TOO well!! I have a friend who has lots of deep experience who thinks they breathe "like ****" (he uses ScubaPros?!) anyway... I had a high pressure seat failure last sunday and was told by everyone that I did not have a warrantee. DiveINN picked up my reg Monday morning and I recieved a NEW one this after noon... 3 days!! My LDS would take no less than 1 month on that repair, and then charge me!

Hi BigJC

Some store earn credit that needs to be mentioned.

yes DiveInn is great. I also bought some stuff from them a couple
of months ago. And you see i am NOT a easy customer but i am VERY VERY VERY happy with their way of service! It is just great!

Greetings from Holland, Xerxes

The question I have is why did the HP seat fail on a reg you had for three months. That is something that our shop would of had fixed in abuot 20 min. If I couldn't get it that fast, you would have the free use of one of mine until I did get to it. The reason the seat failed (more than likely) is the reg sat long enough before you baught it that the seat already needed to be replaced. That together with the fact that they may not have tested the reg. If the seat was leaking a quick test would detect it even if it was not yet noticable to you. Sounds like they did an ok job of fixing a problem for you that they should have avoided for you. Glag your pleased though.

I think that the HP failure was a flook, a reg of that quality has a very low instance of failure no matter what the age. Also I am pretty hard on equipment (I overfill my LP tanks ALL the time), I dive about 3 times a week and that is my back up ( I have been using it in the pool lately as well)... I have had stuff from my LDS fail and they are good about giving me loaners also... I just wanted to let everyone know that DiveINN is legit.... I have only bought 1 item from them, but the experience was positive. If the new one fails, thats when I'll pass judgement....

Speaking of things that should have been avoided, the brand new reg that my dive buddy bought from my fav store in Monterey blew an o-ring on the HP hose at the first stage on it's second dive last weekend. The HP hose had only been installed barely fingertight when he was sold the reg and console. The guy in the LDS is still only human.
