Every time I mention it to Mike he says the fishermen are supposed to use the little lake. Unfortunately Cheryl doesn't enforce it. As for the swimmers, same sort of thing. Mike says the swimmers are supposed to be sent to the far east end of the lake yet Cheryl never does, or doesn't do anything about them when complaints are made. At the very least there's some serious non-communication going on...or we've just been fed a line all this time.
