i just got a tusa element 2 computer puck with no wrist boot, can i by any old wrist boot or does it need to be the original boot from Tusa??

I'm sure this ancient post is OBE but someone else may be interested in the discussion.

You can always roll the dice and try any boot of the correct size. However, you need to insure you can access the computers buttons. Also, not all boots vent ambient pressure in the same way. This can make the computer incorrectly read depth during the dive. I found this out when I put my Tusa Element II in a Sherwood boot -- it did not work at all. Bottom Line: it is safest to buy the correct boot for your equipment.
