Turtles and Rock Boots !

After trying a couple of different options, I have ordered a pair of turtles 3XL, I have a #13 DUI Rock boot.

Will the turtles be too large for that size Rock Boot ?

Also, will the Grip-Tight EZ Spring Fin Strap in an XL, be too small ?

What are the buoyancy characteristics of the Turtles ?

I use turtles with a size 11 rock boot just fine

Will the turtles be too large for that size Rock Boot ?

no.

Also, will the Grip-Tight EZ Spring Fin Strap in an XL, be too small ?

What are the buoyancy characteristics of the Turtles ?

negative, by how much, I'm not sure.

I'm guessing they're negative by 2-3 pounds, maybe 4...
