My wife, Karen, found this place on Roatan and set up the trip. It was our first time on Roatan, second trip to Honduras. This place was great. The lodging, food, wait staff went over board to make us like family. The dive shop was very neat, organized and friendly. The boats were very nice, comfortable and the dive masters were top notch. All in all, I have to recommend Turquoise Bay Resort to anyone looking for an affordable, all inclusive trip with THREE boat dives per day. Check it out. We will definitely go back.

Hope they could swim!

When were you there and how was the weather?

Seriously- TB has had some rather poor reviews in the past. If you could really generate a trip report with photographs, talking more specifics about the dive operation- that would be really great.

Their dive operation had been a leased out service, and for what they offered, it quite likely was a nice presentation.

Unfortunately- they have always fallen flat in comments regarding hotels staff, wait staff, food quality and accommodations.

Likely you took some pics of the rooms, as well. Post them and more defined commentary, It would be nice to see the place be turned around.

We stayed at TB a couple of years ago. My wife, son, and I were less than impressed. We had an old tired room and "adequate" meals. The onsite dive operation was "okay".
