Hello - I live on Kauai and have talked to a few dive shops and they are not sure if they will be allowed to take divers out to Tunnels. Anyone have any more info? The highway opened on Monday after a 14-month closure. An article in the local paper (The Garden Island) had a story about a kayak tour scheduled to go out of Ke'e on Tuesday that turned around after some locals blocked the road. So it'll be interesting. There are new restrictions on the number of out-of-state tourists allowed in the area (900 a day) but I have not seen any articles or statements from DLNR (state agency) or county talking about commercial activities at Haena State Park.
