Tully Lake?

Anyone here ever dived Tully Lake in upstate NY? I will be going on a trip there with some friends, and was wondering if diving was allowed and if it is worth it. And by worth it, I pretty much mean can it be done?

Any nearby dive shops where I could get air fills?
