Congratulations, Saf...you're doing great! WW is a great program and while you can follow the program pretty closely, you'll still need to fine tune it for the best results for your body. Sounds like you're doing that! The Flexpoints are very handy, just don't abuse them. They are there ONLY when you really need them.
 
Hey, I am back from a long lazy absence and a week long Bahamas live aboard trip. They food was great but the diving was amazing. I am down to 175!!!! Will start back on the usual Tuesday weigh in starting next week. Natasha, if I need to do anything else, let me know. Only 5 more pounds to go!!
 
Maybe that's the secret.....we just need to go on a dive trip every few weeks and dive our butts off!
 
Put me down as break-even this week, still 198.5 Not bad considering we were away all weekend and I ate out alot and didn't get any real excersize.
