Congrats everyone! Greg...I know the feeling. These last three weeks have been my worst as far as sticking to a plan but I continure to lose. This week I'm down 2.6# for a total of 66#. Maybe I should eat fried shrimp and BBQ every week!

I've noticed over the last 6 months that my body needs a shake up every now and then. I have a tendancy to get in a food rut, cooking and eating the same meals week to week. Even though the general points are the same, the losses get smaller. If I change things, maybe throwing in a few higher point days at the first of the week, my body gets out of the 'we're not getting enough food so let's hang onto what we've got' rut and starts burning fat again. I know there's a syndrom name for it but that's a simple description. Guess that explains the scale results after pigging out of friend food!

...but I'm not complaining. No loss, no gain for the past week, but I'm trying hard to step up the number of times I get the the gym each week. The last two weeks I only managed to get there once each week. Have been there twice this week already and plan to hit it four times. Will hope for some loss next week on Tusday...

Congrats on your overall success Dee. It is funny how sometimes you think you are doing terible, and still end up with a loss for the week.

Thanks, Greg. It helps knowing I have to come here and to WW and be accountable! It would be really hard without the support, especially from Beast. Bless him, he's eaten some weird stuff in the last 6 months! He's now at 240# where he wants to be after losing a bit over 50#. At 6'6", I don't want him losing anymore...he's getting skinny!

Congrats Dee!
Chris..hang in there..I'm with ya buddy!

yeah I did noticed Da Beast was looking like he had lost a bunch of pounds. Tell him I said congrats.

Whoo Hoo! I'm down another 3#'s this week, for a grand total of 5.4 in 2 weeks!
The WW program is really working for me - I haven't felt at all hungry or deprived, I've just been paying more attention to when, why, and what I'm eating, and it's helped. I know that it's still early in the diet, but I'm feeling really good about this. The last 2 days were kinda tough, though - in the past 48 hours, I've been served 6 catered meals for different conferences. I planned ahead what I was going to eat (being the one who does the coordinating with the caterers makes things like planning easier!) but did deviate a bit from my plan. But, even though it wasn't what I wanted to do, I was still mindful of the fact that I was trying to lose weight, so that kept me from going all out and eating way too much like I used to. I know that all that I ate today hasn't had a chance to show up on the scales yet, so I'm hoping to really stick to the program over the next week so it doesn't get the chance to sneak in there next Tues at weigh in.
Ok, sorry for the ramble, I'm just pretty excited about this. Thanks so much for the support I've gotten here - without you guys, I wouldn't have had the push I needed to get me started.

Well, I get another "official" WW number tonight (Wed), but the home scale has me at -0 for the week. I've got to get through this barrier and drop a few more! I'm so close to my goal weight!

Congrats to all you losers. I'm down 2 lbs this week. No special regimen so far, just no ice cream after 10:00, and I stopped eating just before I got uncomfortable. This week at least, it's not too hard yet. Maybe a different story next week. Hope not.
