Break even for me as well. Heck those last 10 pounds are being stubborn. Must be focused, it is almost swim suit time.

I knew it wasn't going to be a good day but it wasn't as bad as I expected. I broke even this week. Zero, zilch, skunked. But it could have been worse so I'll take it! Every time I've neglected to drink enough water and/or eat enough veggies, this happens. You'd think I'd learn by now, wouldn't ya?

Whew! Down 1.5 pounds this week for a total of 4.5.

Eric

Just for the record - even, no weight loss. However, I am leg pressing half as much and bench pressing nearly as much as my max before the shoulder injury/3 rebuilds that have slowed my life down considerably...sooooooooooo I'm certain my fat to muscle ratio has shifted some into the favorable side. I'm in no way disappointed... leg presses @ 330# isnt anything to snicker at, and benching just under half that (injury being considered) makes me feel great! Jamming the cardio on top of that and I can't even describe how alive I feel again! :)

219# even for the week. no change.

Gotta see what the "official" WW scale says tomorrow, but at home I'm +1. Since I've done more cardio the past week or so and actually did a full weight machine circuit on Saturday, I'm going to believe that I've added a pound of muscle. (I hope WW backs me up tomorrow!)

I will say that it makes a difference weighing morning versus night. We (my wife and I) used to go to a WeightWatchers meeting and weigh in early on Saturday morning, but for about the last month have been going to a Wednesday evening weigh-in. I'd love to see at least a net-zero on the 1stWednesday-to-ThisWednesday difference (which is right now about plus-two).

gained a half pound. i was pretty slack in my eating habits all week. still that's not much of a setback and if i can consistantly do 2 lbs forwards and 1/2 pound back that's not too bad... time to clamp down and lose some more weight...

Me too! I'm still at 217. I'm stuck!!!

Actually, to be consistant with my previous report using my highly accurate belt hole weight measurement system, I could claim a loss of 0.6433 lbs. :icon5: Yea! Right!

I now have exactly 1 month to break the 200 lbs barrier. These latest results are very discouraging.

Chris - sometimes you just got to base it on how you look. The last time I was in the 175# range, some of my family and friends told me that I looked sickly and too thin. So I kept a steady diet and work out and evened off around 200#.

For a visual record, I offer a photo from a recent SB outing at Ginnie Springs found in the following thread on post 101:

I'm the white blur on the right side - now.. the trick is to drop the 19# that give me dunlop disease.... "dun-lopped right over mah belt buckle!"

Right now I am at a point where I am maintaining to stay at the same weight. But, the good news is that had to go shopping for new clothes and I actually can fit in a size 6 shorts. Five months ago it was a size 12. I feel so much better and it's still amazing to me to see that I actually do have a waistline. I just wanted to tell all of you that if you stick to it the results will be better than you expected. I am reveling in everyone telling me I look great--its been a long time.

Good luck to all of you for the upcoming week!

Chris, sneaking inon the Tuesday weighers (I'm a Thursday type guy myself). Not sure what your reasons for a time limit are (if you are a girl, I'd say you prob. have a wedding to go to), but every time I've put a time limit on my weight loss, it's always been nothing but a setup for failure.

Anyway, just my .02
