That is Bicaudalis.....its trunk fish and the other is a spot fin butterfly fish. the trunk fish are pretty cool and can get huge....they are great in an aquarium and eat brine shrimp and flake foods easily....they are pretty hardy but if you have a lot of moving water....they get tossed around....

they are realtively common this type of year..usually floating around the grasses
