Hi

OK! not being Canadian I have a history question for all you cold weather folks. Who were the persons who founded the air testing program in Canada back in the 70's . Hint it wasn't the goverment or any agency.

That'd be their Atmospheric And Air Agency..eh,eh,eh,eh? :D

Can you give me some more details so I can google that and make it look like I know the answer?

In 1975 the late Tom McCollum of Tam dive was a young diver working for Supreme divers on King st. Tom along with such persons as Fred Harley began offering air quality testing for dive shops through out Ontario. Fred Harley furthered that by traveling across Canada on behalf of the OUC testing various facilities using Drager tubes and offering an "OUC" Ontario Underwater Council air quality certification.

I'm afraid not, Bob has a simple problems even after 39 years in a dive shop understanding how to keep an air compressor running, just look in the basement of his shop and you can see all the compressors he has killed over the years out of neglect, Bob had nothing to do with air testing in his ealry days thank god, but he is a nice old guy ready for retirment.
