Congrats to Multi Award Winning Platinum PADI Course Director Holly Macleod for receiving the prestigious PADI “Platinum” and “Elite” Status in 2017
The “Platinum Award” is given to selective PADI Course Directors to perform to a standard well over and above that generally seen within the diving industry and is a definitive indicator that a PADI Course Director who holds this status has a good level of experience in training new PADI Scuba Diving Instructors. Although it is primarily based around the pure number of certifications produced it is designed to showcase certain course director in recognition of their hard work. Holly has received this award for the last 3 years.
The PADI “Elite 300” Award, is awarded to PADI Instructors in recognition of the number of students certified. The PADI Elite Award is donated by a number ranging from 50 to 300 and this is based directly on the number of certifications which generally recognizes the experience of a PADI Scuba Diving Instructor. Although Holly has issued well over 300 PADI Instructor certifications during 2016, holly has received the highest possible Award Classification; the PADI “Elite 300” Award.
Having received both the PADI Platinum Status Award and the PADI Elite Award for the past 3 years, Holly is directly at the forefront of the recreational scuba diving industry and therefore a perfect option when choosing where to take the next step and become a professional Scuba Diving Instructor. The program also benefits from Holly’s extensive industry experience having undertaken a range of different roles within the recreational diving industry in a variety of popular worldwide diving destinations and therefore knowing exactly what is generally expected from employers within certain geographical diving areas and more importantly what new instructors can expect from potential employment opportunities within a giver geographical area. Holly has also developed a range of additional workshops based directly on her experience teaching PADI Courses and Programs which although outside of the PADI Curriculum, prove to be an essential tool for new instructor starting out within the industry.
The PADI Instructor Development Course (IDC) designed, developed and fully conducted by Holly takes place at Trawangan Dive, the first ever PADI 5 Star IDC Career Development Center (CDC) to be developed and established in the Gili Islands and the wider Lombok region. During the program candidates will receive the PADI IDC Syllabus, delivered by Holly to a standard way beyond that generally seen within the diving industry whilst also providing invaluable advice, suggestions and tips on how to best deliver the PADI education system to future student divers.
One of the best ways to research this program is to see what others thought about their PADI instructor level training experience and looking at the PADI IDC Indonesia Reviews online they seem to be very happy with their personal training experience. These previous candidates can also be actually seen taking part in a range of different IDC Activities, Workshops and Presentations during their training on the PADI IDC Indonesia Social Facebook Fan Page or on the PADI IDC Indonesia Show reel for the year of 2016.
