To Bill : I tried on three occasions to get a booking at Cape Paperu, these guys are quickly booked with german guests in december and february.

I stay one week on final of February with 4 persons only.
My 2 AM dives I dive always with more 2 divers only.
My PM dive I dive only with the guide, excellent.

Feb to march, 1 or 2 weeks wiinter holidays in Europe. That's when sunny SEA (esp. Thailand and Philippines) is invaded with Vikings and Saxons coming from the cold..
