Welcome to the tribe. I dive a first generation PRAM (among other DHs) and find it a stupendous regulator. I have used it on several vacations (Bonne Terre, CocoView, etc.) and equipped it to meet the requirements of each dive operation. That said, my favorite way to dive my PRAM is with twin steel 72s, US Navy style harness, SPG, mask, fins and exposure suit. On many occasions, the weight of the 72s eliminates the need for a weight belt, plus you can get amazingly stable trim with the twin tanks / harness set up. Now just try not to go overboard in collecting other DHs. (hint: it can't be done).
