Hey fellow SD's! We've been busy busy and haven't posted lately but have been keeping up with the latest. Anyway....

We'll soon be traveling from central Texas to Ohio (through Missouri), and then back again. Any suggestions on good sites (with info) to visit and dive along the way? I know there's some quarries here and there but don't know any specifics. Any suggestions welcome.

Thanks - RKR

Hmmm, I presume you're running up I-44 into St. Louis. You might want to take a look at the Bonne Terre Mine. It's about 1 hour south of St.Louis on Hwy 67.
I've never dove it myself, but my brothers have. The said it was really cool, although a little chilly.(58f)
I found this on a quick google search http://www.pnwscuba.com/tripreports/bonneterremine.htm

Check out Dive Trainings Map

You might find some spots along your route on there......

Also, ask in the Mid-West Muck Divers forum, they could help you out, after all it's their backyard......

How ya been? I keep hollering for ya on 19 around 4:30-5:00pm, no luck yet...

Thanks for the info Truckdriver. We'll check them out.

We've been busy but good. Hope all is good with you as well. I keep my eyes open for your rig when I'm out and around but haven't gotten you on the radio either. Headed to Ranger tomorrow for the day. I ate with the "BBQ man" the other day. Pretty good stuff. Keep hollering for me - I'm sure we'll catch up again.
