Seeking climate information about diving in Puerto Galera area in late September/ early October.
What are typical conditions? Is this good time? I realize climate has become quite unpredictable.
I want to join friends at El Galleon late Sept but do not want to be in a rainy monsoon season.
Last visit to Dauin area was March 2010 and it was dry , VERY windy and cooler water, not great conditions.

If there is no typhoon the weather will be fine.

That'll be around the end of the typhoon/wet season. The season came early this year, so hopefully it will leave early too. :)

Is there a reason you didn't put this in the Philippines forum? We're very active over there... you'd get a lot more responses. Let me know if you'd like the thread moved (only a mod can do that).
