I have a question concerning the OPV or dump valve on my Travel EXP wing I just purchased two weeks ago. The dump valve is located on the bottom of the wing and in the front. When I give a quick tug to deflate when the wing is inflated greater than say 1/2 full, it opens and closes fine, but when the wing is maybe 1/2 full or less when I give a quick "tug" it does not close all the way and all the air leaks out. Have only used it in the pool so far and some testing on land with the same results. I can hear the valve "click" open and close, but can't figure out why it would not close when it is less than 1/2 full.
Any ideas?
Thanks

....something is definitely wrong with that dump valve. I've got DR......Oxy.....Zeagle....and Deepoutdoors wings, none of which has ever had the problem you're describing. You should go back to the store and see if the wings on the shelf also show that problem....luckily the OPV is both cheap and easy to replace, and should be under warranty anyway, assuming you bought at a retail store. DON'T dive that wing until you get this fixed!
