Hi guys.
I'm currently planning a trip to Redang in March and would need some help and advice in arranging the logistics.

I've called Transnasional to enquire about their coach tickets to Kuala Terangganu and they are reasonably priced at $36 per trip ($72 round trip). Their coach would be a 33-seater and it does not reach Merang jetty. It terminates in the Coach terminal in Terangganu.

Q1) Does anyone have experience with their 33-seater coach? Bearing in mind that its a 10 hrs journey, the last thing we want is to cramp ourselves up and feel uncomfortable.
Q2) How much does it cost to hire a taxi from the terminal to Merang jetty and how long does it take? I am fairly confident that we wouldn't have much of a problem getting a cab to the jetty, but i do worry abt the returning part as Merang jetty looks quite ulu the last time i was there.

I've called 5 star travel to ask about their coach tickets too but they could not give me any details as the schedules are not out yet.... :(

Many thanks to all who spend time to read my queries and who took effort to answer them.

if you cab it to merang jetty, just arrange with the cabbie to meet you for the trip back.
