Two questions. Is it possible to transfer dives from DiverLog+ to Shearwater cloud? If not, can I change the number the first dive on the Shesrwater ie start on dive 66

Both are possible. At least if you are using Shearwater Cloud for Desktop.
Click File for the dropdown menu. Under this, you should see the options to import.
I was able to export from my Dive Log* in an appropriate format and import into Shearwater Cloud.
* It’s been a while since I did it, and it’s possible I exported from Subsurface to try this out. Subsurface lists .UDDF as an export option, and Sheawater cloud lists as an import option. DiverLog doesn’t list uddf as an option, so you may have one extra step.
Regardless, it’s probably best to set your next dive on the SW to 66, as described above, either way.

I was able to set the next dive number so I’m happy about that. If I can’t move the logs over, it’s not the end of the world. I’ll just open the other app if I need to reference something.
