Topdive/Bora Bora Dive Resort

In another thread I was going to recommend the bora bora dive center aka topdive and was very surprised when I checked their site to see it is closed!!! The dive op apparently is run by Bathy's now? What about the hotel and especially the restaurant? We were there a few years ago and had really hoped to return (although I preferred the diving on rangiroa). Looks like the Topdive shops on the other islands are still run by them. So whats the poop? That really was a great little resort!!!

I dove with them when on my honeymoon. My wife and I ate at their restaurant. Too bad they closed. I thought they were growing.

Well the dive op is still listed, just has a subtitle "by bathys". And I believe the manager is the same Eric we dove with in 2005. The restaurant was first rate. I can't imagine that it is closed as well! Just about every night for the week we hung out watching the mantas feeding in the lights.
