When I was based in Bacolod, we did an intro there for 80 people for two days. There is nothing much there. It is shallow and sandy. Your next best bet near that area is the Sagay Marine Reserve. I heard that they are really protecting it. Get in touch with the NeRDS (Negros Recreational Divers).
