Thanks for the info! I think Buceo Anilao looks like it might fit the bill!
Buceo will provide boat transfer to its resort.
Does has good reviews but so are others which do not require the special boat trip.

We’re here now. The boat ride is really not a big deal. You can walk but the boat ride makes it easier and faster. Just 5 mins

We’re having a blast here at the Buceo

What type of room did you choose? Is it lower down near the water or higher up on the property?

We have the deluxe with balcony. Worth the upgrade. They are all up a hill but we have one of the lower ones.

What is the food like? Is there Filipino food as well as other things?
Yes Lots of choices. We took the a la carte option. They shared a menu with us when we inquired, can’t find the link now but surely available on line with some googling. Anyway. Back to diving now :). Haha

Awesome! Thank you! One more question- is it possible to shore dive the house reef there? If so, it's it easy to access and is a guide required?

No we asked too. But no solo shore diving. All with a guide. Typically near shore but with the boat. Haven’t seen anyone enter without a boat. Same price for guided dives so might as well drop on the site. At least that’s what we did.
