Thx gilligan, Mind if I ask how you tell the difference as your pic looks like what I've always called an Imperial ... or have I simply gotten them that mixed up?

You could be right. It may be the Imperial Nudibranch.
I'll let Neville sort that out as he is more of an expert.
The Imperial appears to have more of a white body with yellow spots rather than a yellow body with white spots.
