Are kids smarter these days? When I was a kid we'd go in the water off Oregon when it was running 46-52 degrees in the ocean, we'd stay in there 'til we were blue.

That said, 75 is quite tolerable on a sunny day for snorkeling for most kids, a bit cool for a lot of divers.

We've been seeing 73/76 (depending on the computer) the last few days in Kona.
