These physics exhaust me! 
So yesterday I did an almost 3 hour dive, cold water, fairly high exertion, dry suit with no pee valve, and there was a lot of yo-yo-ing, but max depth of 10 feet (it was a river dive). Today I'm exhausted.
With my max depth of 10 feet (average depth probably only 5 ft) I really should not be concerned about excess inert gasses. Both NAUI and PADI tables allow unlimited NDL for less than one atmosphere, right?
