Time to empty a tank

Someone told me that somewhere out there, there is a table with the times it takes for tanks of various sizes at various pressures to empty at a certian depth during certian failures. Does anyone know where to find such a table?

I don't remember which issue but it was in Advanced Diver Magazine about 1 year ago.
