Super cool! Thanks for sharing.

Some of those are cobia.
Damn! Your right! I have only ever seen Cobia with darkish grey/brown uniform color never striped liked that. Very cool! Thank you for the identification.

Beautiful images. Obviously the main subject is the Tiger Shark, but I am struck at large size of the Whitefin Sharksuckers in it's entourage.

SB can be a great place :)

I apologize for how long it took me to get the photos uploaded for this trip report. My week on the Dolphin Dream was absolutely fantastic.

Captain Scott, cook Courtney, and crew/shark handlers Finch and Josh were great, very responsive to guest needs. I enjoyed all my fellow guests, Reiko, Kelly, Tracey, Thomas, Michael, Darrell, Nancy, and particularly my dive buddy, Dan. Dan and I will be going back to Malpelo for a second visit next July.

It was particularly nice to be able to spend time with my old friend David Finch. We had met years earlier when Finch was a driver/guide on Narcosis out of Riviera Beach/West Palm. Dave and his wife had their first child, a beautiful baby girl, in July. Finch took these photos of me with a Kemp's Ridley Turtle at Cross Current Barge on November 30, 2016
