I like my torch clipped off to a chest D-ring, but YMMV.

Is there enough room to store a spare mask, knife and small torch inside please?
Yes, I keep a spare mask in there along (either my tusa freedom HD or Hollis M1 depending on which I feel like diving with but both larger masks) with a folding knife (https://www.scuba.com/p-blrktfpk/blue-reef-scuba-titanium-folding-knife-pink), and there is plenty of room for me to shove trash in there that I find on the dive. I'm sure a small torch would fit in there though. I bolt snap my torch(es) to my shoulder strap D ring. 1 if by day 2 if by night.

It also has a small pocket on the outside that I put a roll up snorkel in sometimes.

As a side note I love this snorkel. It's the only one I take now and use even on long snorkels when I'm not diving. Either I've gotten pretty good at using or snorkel or this design is so good that water barely makes it in. It's as good as the several dry snorkels I had , maybe even better since there's no float to get stuck and it folds up so small and is lightweight. Only downside is I have to be careful sometimes of how far I tilt my head to look back under me as it will fill with water, but hasn't been a huge deal.

Yes, but I sometimes like to put things in the pockets, so that my items are less likely to go missing if I leave gear on the boat and no one is around watching it.

one other comment i forgot to make in my last post. if you run a long hose config for primary donate the pocket works perfectly to tuck your hose under (and hold it) before bringing it up across your chest and around your neck.
