I think I got bent Monday at the YMCA pool. I have DIRF coming next month, so I went to the pool to assure myself I could easily do the 300f swim.

I thought I was going to die! Now today I am hurting in my joints and muscles. Did I get bent??

Maybe during the swim test they'll let me use THESE.

I'm really in pretty good shape. HERE's my picture.

Anyway, should I call DAN?

Always call the DAN hotline if you experience muscle and joint pain following any dive. This is probably an undeserved hit... but bad things do happen to nice people sometimes, ya know.

I've seen you use the little yellow things before on your extreme dives at EUP. I just figured you used them on all your dives.

As for the picture of you... man I wish I hadn't clicked on that link. :11:

it's the ymca connection. if it were an ssi or padi pool, no worries...;)

The last thing I remember was looking at some cute yellow water wings....

And I thought you were talking about getting bent in that deep (130 ft?) pool in Belgium (I think).

(Gently tapping dlndavid's face) Wake up sweetie, it was all a bad dream :D

wha wha what happened? :D

Glad to know I'm not the only one torturing herself in the pool . . . huffing and puffing and chanting, "I am NOT going to fail on the SWIM TEST, I am NOT going to fail on the SWIM TEST . . . "

The second picture looks like most of my patients.
