Cheap Advil/Ibuprofen or Tylenol/Acetaminophen. Even at Mega they are expensive for a 24ct bottle. Learned quickly to not forget to bring some with me.

Hey thanks! I will have to check them out again. I went to a few to look for other things and they were very expensive. I even tried a few shops several streets inward.

Just like here in the States, I've found the generic otc drugs to be very affordable - from Mega or anywhere else - if you stay away from the cruise ship pharmacies.
