The last of this "anonymous" diver's kicks is pretty good. It really illustrates well why I want to bring the camera along if we do skill building drills, so we can all review our technique afterward. In all fairness, this diver was right next to the wreck and was turning a corner, unaware he was on camera when I took this.

In all honesty... thanks for the video. There was a bit of a cross current that was pushing me towards the wreck... not much of a big deal. However watching the video the kicks go to crap as I'm checking my air... It looks like I fighting rolls while I reached back...

We used video training a lot when I taught skiing, and it did wonders... thanks again...

*shrug* lots to work on...

Oh... BTW: There is only one 'l' in Poling

More watching... I know there was a couple times I caught you in the head with a kick. I didn't catch you on that first one did I?

It looks like: frog kick, frog kick hitting something with my left fin. Scissor kick to get room to, a left fin helicopter then a right fin to get me a little further to the right. I twisted to the left when I checked my air, and two left helicopters to get me back on course.

That's my story... I'm stick'n to it. I kicked ya in the head :)
