So ...
  1. Debatably less efficient than finning
  2. Moving parts = more potential for failure
  3. In case of failure, it's probably completely useless vs at least some redundancy with fins

I’d pay a lot of money to see a frog in a top hat riding a unicycle. If he sang, “Hello my honey” at the same time, well, I’m not sure anything would ever top that.
I was fixated on the FPD (Frogman Propulsion Device). However, I became a bit distraught after reviewing the cross section. Let's just say he will never juggle again.

Buy an affordable DPV!

Every agency says avoid exertion while on SCUBA. This surface swimming bicycle has absolutely no place underwater, unless you love CO2 headaches and increased DCS.
