That's an old MSA steel SCBA cylinder like we used to use in firefighting operations. Thankfully, these have evolved to Kevlar and other lightweight materials. Those suckers got heavy after wearing them for a while.

The sad thing is, the seller probably thinks something like this will work, and I'm betting he knows nada about scuba or cylinders in general. I'm also willing to bet that you couldn't get that thing hydro'd for any amount of money due to it's age.

You're probably right...Hell, he thinks SCBA and SCUBA are the same thing....
 
You might also want to msg the lone bidder on that thing also, the bidder has a low feedback rating so they might be just as misinformed...
