Beautiful pics! That sea snake is more than likely getting ready to shed. Their eyes are covered with a clear scale that becomes opaque right before shedding their skin. The condition is sometimes reffered to as "in the blue", and snakes can be quite irritable during that phase...
 
Incredible photos! I am inspired!

Will definitely be on the lookout for those critters next week. I expect to be going through the reef really sloooooowwwww.

Hopefully the currents cooperate :D
