Yes, it's between Aves. 65 & 70 Norte but you should be aware that an extra avenue has been inserted between those two.
La Perlita is located between Aves. 65 Bis & 70.

Bless you for the setup! That is the coconut batter on the Lionfish. They just add a touch of coconut sweetness, not the overwhelming amount you often will find on shrimp. Rather a hint, so as not to overwhelm the delicate tasty lionfish. I have been there a few times and took the nephews so I could force them to order lionfish a different way. While all were good, the Xcalikoko was my favorite. (And I am not a guy to order coconut shrimp....

Last trip I was told my LF ceviche gave Perlita's a run for its money, but no way could I Xcalikoko!
