We have a REALLY REALLY small Rescue class and my instructor told me we would be done around 2pm. I would love to get in a dive with you all at that time.

I will come find you all during the day or you could stop in at the Scuba Connection tent and say hi.

If I don't get to talk to you guys tonight, I'll see you this weekend.
I'll be up there friday morning to saturday afternoon.

It going to be cooooold.

It going to be cooooold
Yes it will be. Good thing my new toys came in today, especially that Hederson Core warmer! But they shipped to work and I left early (to get a tooth filled, YUCK!), DO'H! Couldn't get the wall panels for my canopy in time for the weekend though.

I ordered those books Martin listed too, plus another one by the same guy about all the wrecks around here. Did everyone go out and buy them after his post or what? The one shore diving book, I bought was the very last one Amazon had!

Speaking of books, does anyone know of one that lists all of the inland freshwater (lake, quarry, river, etc.) dives around here?

What's everyone doing foodwise? We're getting there pretty early and it's going to be a long day. Is anyone planning on bringing a grill, hibachi, etc. I'll have the cooler loaded up, just wondering if I should maybe pick up some burgers, dogs, etc. to throw in there or just do the usual sandwiches, fruit, and misc. snacks thing.

Actually maybe we should bring a grill just to heat up some coffee and hot chocolate all day!

Damn isn't it Saturday yet!

I have a small grill I could bring. I'll leave it with you if you want to use it for the day, as we can't stay much past mid afternoon. One of our dogs is sick. We'll have some sandwiches, burgers and drinks with us also.

Does anyone have a camp style coffee pot?

I'd say yes, but I'm not sure if I'll have the room. I'd be able to bring it back on Sunday, just don't know if I can fit it Saturday.

I'll try to make a sign tonight, a really simple one. To make it easier to see, I may just make a BIG W.V.

And then all day we'll have everyone asking us if we drove up all the way from West Virginia!

I'll wear some overalls and black out a few teeth for effect :D

You can make a call on the grill when you see it. It's a portable one that's less that 2' x 2'.

I'll be bringing the folowing. Any volunteers for chips, sodas and salads?

Barbecue
Mess of cheeseburger fixins
Big (2.5 liter) thermal caraffe of hot chocolate and cookies
plates, napkins and plastic utensils
Cooler with extra room and some beverages

HEY BUDDY, I WILL BRING THE CHIPS, AND THE STAR WARS PEZ....SALAD? I WIL LEAVE THAT TO SOMEONE ELSE
CYA AT THE SPRING!
TOMORROW!!!!!!

I'll load the cooler with tons of water, soda, snapple, etc.
I'll probably pick up some assorted snack type junk too.

Sounds good! I forgot to mention I have hot dogs too.

We also will, apparently, have plenty of Pez ;)
