Nah. Just with the new people not being chased out or scared off, since we got Alcina, things have been going along great. We haven't really "needed" the thread. Maybe I will title the next one "chat" or keep in touch" thread. :ne_nau: Just a place to shoot a lil bs thread?

Well, I've been kinda quiet lately because I can't afford to dive until the end of the month. I can't afford to dive because I had to buy a complete set of dive gear, head to toe. I had to buy a complete set of dive gear because the wife just passed OW. Now everytime I need some type of dive gear I have to buy FOUR of them.

Oh, and I just forked out the cash for my Dive Master class too. Do they have a welfare system for divers ??

I'm not buying lil sis a single solitary thing until she shows more interest in her diving. :no

Dave, btw, I think I have a wetsuit for K! It is a S/M. Black on the outside and red on the inside. She is welcome to it, if it fits. I don;t think it was ever used.

Thanks Tra- but I just bought her a 5 mil. Got her the new type that stretches.

Eric seems to have the same problem lil sis is going through (loss of interest) and as with lil sis, Eric also isn't getting any new stuff until he comes out a few times, which he swares he'll do now that mom is going.

Dave! Tell your wife congrats!! Maybe we can all hit a shore dive or somethin next weekend.

Gee our high today was 49* and going down to 25* tonight. Got firewood for the fireplace. We are counting down to leaving in a couple of weeks to get back to Florida and warmer water and weather.

I got my tanks refilled and now it is too cold, oh well warmer soon. I wonder, can you use Wisconsin air to dive in Florida or will I have to empty the tanks and refill with Florida air???

427Dave - you absolutely will not be bringing that Wisconsin air down here and contaminating our sun-filled air If you even try it, we will mount a something or other and empty those tanks in some sort of "safe area"!

I agree!!!!! That yankee air is TOXIC!!!!!!! He is tryng to kill us all or at least make us talk with a funny accent and say "A" after every sentence. That's not right.

Ok guys, then when I leave I will turn the valve towards the rear of the car. Then I can open them up and get some push from them. It should help gas mileage also. At least I will get some use from the bad TOXIC air. Having lived in Wisconsin and being a Florida native, I agree it must be the air up here that has my speech all messed up. My sister and mother have a hard time understanding me.
