It's blue sky thinking and it may lead someone someplace useful. Seldom is the line from concept to realize product as straight one. These things do tend to get hokey when they get pitched hard as evolved ideas.

I remember when I went to EXPO-67 in Montreal. They had the apartment building of the future it was a stack of concrete cube modules. Last I saw we didn't have a lot of those structures going up. However they did take that concept to build the new SuperMax prison here in the state.
