I, too, like the idea of doing this on the holiday weekend. Are we booking now or are we getting a consensus first? I can book for September 3 but I want to be sure it's exchangeable if we change to another weekend.

Consensus first, so I can tell Ray when we're doing it and he can tally people as part of our group.

Those that do something now will most likely be viewed as having booked outside the deal, although I think he'll still count them in.

People will have to mention ScubaBoard for him to count it. I think I'll wait until Sunday night and count the number of informal votes and run with that as a consensus. Then I'll call Ray sometime Monday to let him know.

Then I'll probably attach a poll to this thread so that we can pick a date in October.

I've extended the time for people sharing their preference for a September date to Monday night.

Some people might have been out of town for the weekend and Monday night makes more sense in that light.

I'm committed to a multi day that long weekend - its the last weekend before School starts, and Jake is usually freakin' or planning or both - so I generally go away.

I vote for the 10th of September as I will be diving in Florida during Labor Day Weekend. Also, I vote for the 29th of October.

Are they compatible with DIN?

I agree on the 10th, I might be in mex the weekend before!

Can't make it on the 3rd. Already have out of town kayak diving plans. I'll keep an eye on the post to see if you decide to go on another September day. All the October dates are OK here.
