Just got back from a week in Coz diving again with Salty Endeavors. Consistently 82-83 degrees. Most were diving in wet suits and I brought a shorty. But I ended up not using it at all. 21 total dives over 6 days.

im kinda laughing at this thread today after my lake dive in ft worth saturday... I was in a 5 mil and the water was so cold at the bottom of the lake, it took my breath away and I had to come back up for a few minutes before going back down.

by the time I finished locating 2 slalom course anchors and running new mainlines, I was iced. And after gearing down and getting dry and warm clothes on, they asked me to go back down, i was like hail no!

So looking forward to heater top scuba in cozumel May 4

🥶🥶🥶

Holy resurrection! Well I got back over a month ago. I wore my 5 mil with 5/7 mil hooded vest and 5mil socks and still froze everyday. It’s funny how drastically different everyone’s cold tolerance can be. We actually did my longest dive ever which was 110 minutes and I was ready to come up at 60 shivering cold. Still had a blast though. We counted a fever of 13 eagle rays at Cantarel and pretty much had 1-3 on most dives.

Do you live in a sauna by any chance?
