Ok, so i woke up this morning and felt qualified to use my computer, even with the limited functionality of my eyes due to the sandman.

I was wrong to do so.

Somewhere in the vicinity of the scroll-down arrow over in the lower right side of the browser window i started double-clicking in a willy-nilly fashion and suddenly my lower toolbar (the one that has the little icons and the "start" button) went from horizontal to vertical on the righthand side of the screen.

Now I can't get it to go back down. Someone please....help! Thanks

You can right click on your Taskbar (bar across the bottom) and choose Lock the Taskbar to keep that from accidentally happening again.

In the future should you want to move the Taskbar you would right click again and choose Unlock the Taskbar.

My kid does that to mine all the time, drives me nuts...

I cant find the locking option. Of course using the old windows 98 may be the problem...

I think i should upgrade...some day...

Replace your current computer with a Mac...problem solved.

:D
