I posted a couple months or so back about some serious problems with my Sealife camera, and about not being able to get through to CS. I was refered to Denise, who gave me an RMA number. I sent the camera back. In a fairly short amount of time Sealife sent me a new battery, charger, and camera back. I was finally able to dive with it today. MUCH better experience!
I surfaced w/ 65 pictures (w/ flash) and 2 bars left in the battery icon.
