Another great dive day. Here is the only thing different that I took today Thanks for posting the photos everyone. Jim I especially love the octo in the clear bottle -great shot. I must start taking pics of blobs esp red ones! And Scott - that tiny frogfish is awesome & I am so glad you got the male jawfish with eggs. djtimmy77 you are right that is a cool face on seahorse photo. As others posted we all can enjoy diving the Bridge no matter where we live thanks to everyone posting such great photos & stories.

Debby,

Nice shots. Where did you find him? Near the wall?

Looks like today was a great day for BHB pictures! I love seeing all the pictures of critters that I haven't seen so I have more things to look for!

I don't know how I missed the coolest one:

Awesome pic! Hermit Crab wants me to print it out for her. She is getting slightly more excited to dive BHB again...lucky kid!

omg I love this one it is so cute

Yup near the wall south side probably 5-8 feet east of it north of the "log". You & Linda must have their homes memorized. I'm so glad you all got me into macro as I wouldn't have noticed how beautiful it & his other small cousins are.

I have only recently gotten serious about macro. Maybe you can tell from my user name, but I love W/A photography.

I skipped the bridge today to go diving with Kevin, so I need to hear reports from those of you that were at the bridge this morning.

No report from me I had an off day (will tell you later)but wait for Jim's "special" pictures there is nothing in my days album that can even come close (although I also took photos 2 weeks ago of the same activity that weren't good enough to share). I'm seeing that green fish again you know the one called envy!!!
PS If I had to boat dive instead of the bridge-Kevin is a great choice

I'll only post this one photo from today (until I get back to my regular computer and run them through a little cleanup)

Can I get a "bump chicka bow wow?"

When I realized what was about to happen, I started snapping as fast as my strobe could recover. There are more pictures, but I want to be sure they came out on a regular computer before posting a bunch of junk on this one.

I dove the West span for an hour, The middle sections for an hour and then the East span for an hour until my camera battery ran out...

Saturday was my first dive at BHB and I was absolutely amazed. I went into this dive expecting to see some new creatures, but never did I think I would see a batfish, frogfish, and so many octopi. Absolutely stunning dive. I should have more pics when I get home, but these are some of the better ones.

Thanks to everyone for all the advice, hints, and pointers. Ill be back next saturday!

Jim,

Nice snag guy. I can't wait to see more. Yesterday Linda got shots of flat worm sex, and now this. :eyebrow:
