Excellent report and awesome pics!! i'm so jazzed now. Last trip into the gulf all I saw was a couple groupers and hogfish. Sharks...WooooHoooooo!

Ditto. The vast majority of grouper out there weren't shootable size yet... Must return soon :winky:
 
Okay going to post a couple more pics just so's everyone can get an idea of what we saw. Please note, these pics are not very good at all but it gives you an idea of what we saw. GCD the shark pic or shall I say shark shadow is for you :)

Nice pics...MissD from the shape of the head/snout that looks like a bull to me not a black tip (unless you saw clear black tipped pectoral/dorsal fins...someone more qualified than me may answer with more conviction...

He came much closer and I was able to see the black though I wasn't able to snap a pic. I also double, double checked it with my Humann books.
