Octopus's Garden?

I dove a dive site in the Bahamas called Octopus's Garden.
Cool site.

I agree it's hard to pick only one.
I would have to say
Norwegian Wood
Rocky Raccoon
Hey Jude
Let it be..
in no special order..are all my favorites.

ScubaTexan..I also saw Paul and Linda in concert..magical indeed.

Any song they won't play...

Asking the wrong guy. I am the Anti-Beatle.

But glad Beige McCartney is healthy and hanging in there.

What would you expect from someone who prefers Diet Pepsi to Diet Coke?

I'll take "In My Life", "I Don't Want to Spoil the Party", and "Things We Said Today" and "You're Gonna Lose that Girl", and "The End".

Listen, you burned out hippie - the Beatles are about as relevant today as a Commodore 64.

Except you can get some cash for that 64 on eBay.

They're tired, stale and crimany, tired and stale. Turn off Breakfast with the Beatles on Sunday morning, put away the beads, step back from the reefer, put on some shoes and get a life.

The Beatles. Gawd - there are few things as stale and worthless today. I've been through three BeatleManias already. Enough.

PAUL. Of all the guys, he's KING of "I really need to move on..." Friggen guy rides John's coattails and now wants to re-write history - McCartney / Lennon? Are you kidding. What a jerk. He's still not forgiven for Ebony and Ivory, Say Say Say and Silly Lovesongs. I wish I buried Paul.

Don't get me started on the Beatles. I can rant for days without even taking a breath. They blow. Worthy contributions 40 years ago. I'm done with them already. Geeze.

I am SO the Anti-Beatle.

Ken, you're a bitter, bitter man.

".....and in the end, the love you take, is equal to the love...you make"

Happy Birthday Paul. But my favorite Beatles are dead *sigh*

I have to say I've NEVER seen such harshness over a Beatle having a birthday before now. And such meaness toward us Peace and Love Hippies.

I took music class in Junior High. We had one teacher and more than twenty five students, so the guitarists would go into the gym and jam together. I brought in some Beatles 8 tracks and we learned to play them by ear. Whenever I play guitar with friends now they always want me to play Beatles tunes. Every time I pick up a guitar, I always seem to start out with Here Comes The Sun. That, Something, Norwegian Wood and Blackbird are my favorites to play, but probably my favorite to listen to is Ob-ba-di acoustic version from Anthology. As for Ken, check the sales figures for the past ten years and you will see that you are in the minority here. :-)
