I have a killer whale similar to my avatar: it is a K'waikutl killer whale (green, black, white & red) on the outside of my right leg just above my ankle.

I got it in 1996 just before I left Canada for 2 years in the Bahamas. To me it was much more "Canuck" than the usual Maple Leaf.

Popeye once bubbled...


Well, at the time..., I had three tatoos, and didn't want to be the painted man, so I thought a brand would be different. I'm not a "peircing guy", although I have nothing against them on others (especially dive babes).

So much for my clever idea...

Pic was before the white was done (just the dive stripe).

Now wait a minute....a vodka guzzlin, branded man is drinking DIET Mt. Dew???? what it this...some kind of joke???

Recently got my SCUBA Tat about 3 or 4 months ago. Its on th einside of my left forearm. A Hammer head shark swimming through some bubbles and currents with a .75 inch Dive Flag back by the tail.

Ill try to scan the pic of it in soon.

2: My dive team's trident/helmet logo on right calf. (pictured)

3: Hammerhead shark on right forearm

The reason I got the first two are pretty obvious, an espiris de corps. The Hammerhead was just because its a cool and beautiful tattoo.

I have a tattoo of 4 dolphins inside of a ying yang on my lower back. Two dolphins are going one way and the other two going the other way. The eye of two of the dolphins is the "dot" of the ying yang.

... I don't have any, but my dad has two, and they are both diving related. He has one on his shoulder, and it is a diver holding onto the fin of a dolphin. He also has one on his calf that is a big fish jumping out of the water, and in the background is a really pretty sunset, a tropical island with a palm tree, and then under the water is a big sea turtle and fish with all different kind of sea creatures/ sea life. Its a great tattoo. I plan on getting one eventullay, but I have to be 18 first!

One that could be considered related to diving. It's a tribal hammerhead shark located on my left forearm.
