Would a wetsuit expand becoming a little loose/BIGGER as the more it has been worn ??

Also can we go up in size in violation of the manufacturer sizing chart ????

Wht is the best fit for a wetsuit ??

Wetsuits lose their ability to stretch as they age, they become less supple.
Many folks will SWEAR they also shrink.
With a wetsuit the fit is EVERYTHING. It should not have any extra loose areas, but if its tight, it'll cut off circulation & you'll get cold anyway.
The critter has to fit properly, or you'll curse yourself everytime ya get a flush of cold water down your back or up your sleeves/legs.

If it is tight you will have other issues with discomfort, possible circulation problems at depth (the suit compresses), and possibly trouble breathing if it is too tight.

If it is loose, you will constantly get flashes of cold water, and the water you have trapped against you won't get warm.

Should be snug without a whole lot of extra room anywhere. Maybe some under the arm-pit, and between the legs for manuvering, but that's it.
