I'm a Fish!
Hi Divers:
Thursday is our big Thanksgiving holiday here.
What are your plans? What are you eating? Who are you visiting?
Anyone alone, and want to come over?

That's what it's all about, very thoughtful of you!

Will be going to my parents house for Thanksgiving...

On the menu:
Turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes, a bundle of other goodies, pies, etc... More than I normally eat all week. (I'm on the bachelor's diet: pizza, mac-n-cheese, anything microwavable, etc.)

Everyone have a safe and enjoyable one!

Chris

I'll be home for the holiday with the Mrs. and my son. I don't think I'll be diving, but I'll be look'in at Lake Michigan as I live on it. Or should I say next to it.

HAVE A GREAT T DAY

Jim

We don't have much family left so I'm still not sure what we're doing. I think I may just cook a big shrimp dinner...turkey has never been our favorite. Whatever we do, there'll be apple pie involved for da Beast.

UMMM
Turkey for sure
and all the sides
and definitely definitley definitely sweet potatoes!!!!:lunch: Also mom's pumpkin pie!
And you know after Thanksgiving everybody starts making holiday fudge, breads, cookies and candy! Can't wait for that!

:frosty: It's been so cold here the past two days!! YUCK!
I really hate cold weather.

Invited at friends to share the turkey and then on a liveaboard for 3 days around the channel islands! I wonder how long it will take in a 55° water to burn the extra calories?

Donna and I are going to have Thanksgiving with her cousins here in York County on Thanksgiving Day. This should be a lot of fun. They are great people and cousin Louise is 88 years old and tells the greatest stories. She is a really nice and very smart lady. She grew up on the Virginia Penninsula.

Then on Saturday, we are visiting my cousins near Harrisonburg up in the mountains. Since my cousin's husband has to work on Thanksgiving Day, they are having Thanksgiving Dinner on Saturday. Again, this should be a great visit. I haven't seen these people in a long, long time.

I do have to miss Thanksgiving with my kids, though. Our plane isn't back up yet and Florida is just too far to drive.

I guess I'm fortunate enough to have close enough friends that we do something like Thanksgiving almost every month. We get together, everyone brings something, we usually deep-fry a bird, then we have a few cold beers, then we all go home stuffed. Saying that next time we all won't bring so much to eat....oh well.

As for the holiday, I'm going to be spending it with my parents, fiancee, and little girl. o.k. more turkey for us...I hope evryone enjoys their holiday.
