Just wondering, in the profiles, there's a number for thanks given and thanks received, and I'm not sure what this is -- is this simply an invitation to return a "thanks" when someone answers a thread? That may be good manners, but in some listserves, they don't want you to do that because it results in more postings that don't add anything. So I just want to know what the deal is here. "thanks"
